Sheet metal cut clean — ready to form and weld.
12kW fiber laser cutting on a 6′×13′ bed — carbon to 1″, stainless to ¾″, aluminum to ½″. Parts come off square, dross-free, and ready for the next operation.

IMWX cuts sheet metal on a 12kW fiber laser with a 6-by-13-foot bed — carbon steel up to 1 inch, stainless to 3/4 inch, and aluminum to 1/2 inch — all in Flomaton, Alabama. The high beam power cuts thicker plate faster and leaves a clean, low-heat edge with none of the dross a plasma cut leaves behind, so parts move straight to forming, welding or finishing. From a single prototype blank to a full production run, nesting is optimized for yield and every part comes off dimensionally identical. Sheet blanks here become enclosures, brackets, panels and the CDU and rack bodies our data-center customers order.
