IMWX runs 3kW robotic laser welding for low-heat, high-repeatability production welds. The laser concentrates energy into a narrow seam, so the weld runs fast with a small heat-affected zone and minimal distortion — a real advantage on thin-wall stainless, enclosures and any part where warping or cosmetic finish is a concern. Robotic motion makes each weld consistent from the first part to the thousandth, which is why it suits production volumes and leak-critical chassis like CDU and liquid-cooling enclosures. Where a job needs repeatable, clean seams at scale, the robot cell delivers them; where it needs manual control, our MIG/TIG welders take over.
